Fashion Xchange is the right place to find various kind of clothing as it is a center that collides a lot of Indonesian (mostly ready-to-wear) brands. From casual tanktop to evening gown, you name it, you can find it here. I am aware that it is pretty hard to find man's local brands, here you can find many of the designers that provide menswear. I personally love the place because it has a huge space and even though there are numerous of brands, each brand has their own distinctive style but they still present a trendy and up-to-date collection in every new launch.   FASHION XCHANGE

Modern yet still make you look mature in a sense, Aigner presents you this S/S collection! I love how they mix and match the neutral and bold colors, with some overlapping prints on some looks. I think the prints are very sophisticated in terms of the design, and very lively in terms of color! The structure of each apparel is my favorite though, very fit and prime!   AIGNER

Plaza Indonesia Fashion Week 2013 - Day 5: SATU

Truthfully saying, I never take a look on Indonesian designers from other cities. Not until I had the chance to watch SATU - a place where it collides Bali's finest designers. And I am really impressed with the showcase and collection. Just as I expected, I did not expect any Western influenced ready-to-wear pieces and there I saw a bunch of beautiful dresses with stunning embroideries. I always see Bali as a relaxing city with both hot and windy weather; and I guess it reflects on what its designers do - extreme cutting and structure with fabrics that won't make you feel hot outside. Plaza Indonesia Fashion Week 2013 - Day 5: IWAN TIRTA Private Collection

One of my favorite Batik designers ever. Best material, best design, best pattern. What I love about his collection is that it ranges from modern to vintage look. I always mumble on how heavy Batik looks.. But his collection doesn't look like one, combining neutral colors like Black with Batik pattern makes it look more elegant, expensive, and sophisticated. I simply love it. Once I got a scarf from Iwan Tirta and I can't stop praising about how warm and smooth it is.. I am now drooling over those mesh peplum tops, they are so pretty, don't you think? :)   IWAN TIRTA Private Collection

Known for its casual and trendy pieces in Ikat pattern, his collection never fails to amaze me. I don't think any other apparels with an element of traditional waves can look as advanced as this. When each model comes out, I always imagine them walking in a metropolitan city or something. As quirky as it goes, combining sweater and pants - loving the modern idea so much. I bet you all know that Zara is my favorite retail store ever! Their simple and classy collection really capture my heart, each look is the image of what I want to wear. Affordable price with a slight of designer's style, I can't say anything bad about this brand. I think in this collection the white color is dominating, alongside with loose fabrics yet a sophisticated piece of clothing. Coziness at its best!   ZARA
