The Name of The Rose
Hello I don't know what to say here because there are so many things going around, so I will simply share my favorite saying from the greatest person who has ever lived, Dalai Lama. Once he was asked what surprised him most about humanity, and he beautifully answered,
"Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."
I was so touched with his reply because it is genuinely.. True. Humans are constantly worried about what will happen next without realizing what is happening in the present moment, and they do not thoroughly enjoy it. So from now on, be happy of what is available and make the most out of it. Have a nice day!
